MY FEE STRUCTURE
I offer a fixed fee structure. Fixed pricing minimizes guesswork for you and allows you to estimate how much my content writing services will cost you upfront.
The exact costs of my writing services depend on the length and type of the content. Content types I specialize in include:
- Blog posts and articles. Blog posts and articles are among the simplest forms of content I offer. This category of content includes news updates, thought leadership content, and simple introductory articles.
- Guides, reviews, comparisons, and knowledge base content. These formats of content require more accurate, in-depth research and hence are more challenging.
- Ebooks, whitepapers, and reports. If you want to cover a topic in-depth, ebooks or whitepapers would be the right tool for the job. As for reports, they are great for sharing knowledge and prompting discussion.

Proactive communication and feedback
- Reviewing your content briefing notes and asking clarifying questions.
- Following any reasonable instructions and deadlines.
- Completing up to two rounds of reasonable revisions.
- Collaborating and communicating through the project management tools of your choice.
- Proactively providing status updates on my progress.
Topic research and industry expertise
- Executing online research to gain a better grasp of your industry.
- Looking up competitors to come up with better content than they have.
- Providing clarification and establishing authority with relevant statistics and quotes.
- Leveraging my own expertise in the fields of technology, IT, and finance.
SEO-optimized, engaging, helpful content
- Naturally including your keywords and semantically related keywords.
- Internally linking to existing articles on your website and linking out to high-profile resources.
- Keeping in mind the intent of the article and the needs of your readers.
- Explaining your business to your audience and addressing their problems.
- Crafting unique content completely from scratch.
- Ensuring excellent reading flow through descriptive headings, short paragraphs, and lists.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY PRICING
- Increasing the word amount upon your request. If you want to increase the word count of an existing order, you will need to choose an appropriate article size from my price list and pay the difference between the previous and current orders.
- Unreasonable revision requests or revision requests beyond the two included in my fixed fee. If you request revisions beyond the initial two or if I deem your requests unreasonable, I will charge 10% of the original price per revision. Unreasonable revision requests typically occur when the initial instructions were not clear, causing a need for major rewrites.
- Providing images or screenshots. I charge extra for sourcing and editing images/screenshots. More specifically, I charge:
- $25 per image plus the cost of purchasing the image for non-free stock image websites like Getty Images or Shutterstock.
- $25 per image for free websites like Pexels, Pixabay, or Unsplash.
- $15 per image for screenshots.
Additionally, I charge hourly for the following activities:
- Using products or services that you want me to cover.
- Participating in audio or video meetings after the initial free consultation.
- Reviewing video or audio content.
- Undergoing specialized training or instruction courses.
- Uploading to your website through WordPress or other content management systems.
For these services, my hourly rate is $60, charged in $15 increments for every 15 minutes.
INVOICING FOR MY WRITING SERVICES
- As a self-employed writer, I issue invoices in my own name.
- I require a prepayment of 50% of the total work charge for large projects or for first-time clients.
- I invoice at the end of each month for work completed in that month.
- I provide a 30-day time frame for payment, meaning that you will have until the end of the month following the invoice to pay.
- I provide a clear breakdown of each item on the invoice to help you track your costs.
- You can pay invoices through a credit or debit card, as well as via a direct bank transfer.
